Signing in
- Your company admin creates your account and gives you your email and password.
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and follow the email.
- On a phone, open the site in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen: it then opens full screen like an app. See how.
Recording a meeting
- Open Meetings, choose how you meet (in the room, call with a link, or their call app) and press record. Everyone is asked to agree to recording first.
- On a phone, keep the screen open while recording: phones can pause the microphone when you lock the screen or switch apps. The screen stays on by itself while you record.
- The phone asks for the microphone the first time. If you said no, allow it again in your browser's site settings (on iPhone: Settings → Safari → Microphone).
Deleting your account
On a computer open Settings; on a phone tap Me. Then choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. You are removed from your company and signed out right away. Your company keeps the meetings it owns. If you are your company's only owner, make another person an owner in Team first, or email us to close the company account.
